According to the criminal complaint obtained byNBC News, the former NSYNC member was arrested on June 17 for driving through a stop sign and not staying on the right side of the road. Justin claimed he only had one martini.
The 43-year-old was released about nine hours after the arrest. He pleaded not guilty and will appear in court next month, when his attorney, Edward Burke Jr.,looks"forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake on these allegations."
