The comedian recently stopped by KIIS 1065 Sydney’sKyle & Jackie Omorning show to share his thoughts on Will Smithhitting Chris Rock across the faceduring the 94thAcademy Awards.
He was asked if he spoke to his friend Chris after the incident happened. Rob revealed he was put in a “sticky” situation because he was an elected official of the Academy Awards union, and couldn’t say much about it at the time.
“Will Smith is a twat,” Rob said onKyle & Jackie O. “Will Smith has been hiding the fact of who he really is and it was exposed that night.”
“He’s really an asshole. To do that in front of all of those people to a really great, legendary comedian — who’s literally the best comedian of our generation…you wouldn’t have this whole wave of comedy that came after if it wasn’t for Chris Rock.”
Rob said he wasn’t allowed to say anything at that time because he was “part of the committee that was supposed to punish him.”
Radio show cohost Jackie O interrupted Rob to let him know her previous interactions with Will Smith were extremely positive, but the comedian alleged that was all a part of Will’s act.
“He’s a liar. He’s a complete, utter fraud, and it was exposed in that time. Will Smith is a douchebag.”
“That’s how politically correct the Academy is that they were so cowardly because if I would’ve done that I would’ve been hauled out to prison. They were so worried about being racist.”
The Hot Chickstar added that the color of your skin or your religion shouldn’t be a factor when violence is involved. He believes Will Smith should’ve been “hauled” out of the ceremony because he “committed a crime.”
Rob wasn’t empathetic to Will’s reasoning for slapping Chris either. Although Will was standing up for his estranged wife Jada Pinkett Smith, Rob thought the joke was too mild to cause such a reaction.
Chris joke about Jada becoming the raw G.I. Jane because of her shaved head , but what he did n’t know was that Jada wasdiagnosed with alopecia .

But Rob isn’t the first comedian to speak out about the Oscars slap. Amy Schumer said she was"traumatized"by it, while Wanda Sykes admitted she felt"physically ill"after watching it.
