" The Dems , empowered by today ’s raw rules to do literally whatever they desire , will instead toy by sure-enough rules that never actually existed . " — @JasonKirk_fyi
This week, the US Supreme Courtruledthat former president Donald Trump has immunity from prosecution for official acts he took during his presidency.
Not only does this decision broaden how presidential power and immunity from prosecution were perceived , but it also potentially traverse aside the chances of Trump going to trial for his actions during the January 6 rising .
In response to SCOTUS' decision, Bidenwarnedthat Trump may be “more emboldened to do whatever he wants” and suggested he will not utilize these powers himself, saying, “I know I will respect the limits of presidential power as I have for the three-and-a-half years, but any president, including Donald Trump, will now be free to ignore the law.”
This sentiment, however, does not seem to be what a large part of his base wants to hear, as many have expressed their dismay over his lack of action. Here’s how people are reacting:
1.
The reason folks feel apprehensiveness mighty now is because we ’ve know Biden and the Democratic Party are incompetent of rising to the occasion .
2.
The Dems , empowered by today ’s new rules to do literally whatever they desire , will instead play by erstwhile rules that never really be
3.
everyone is screaming for Democrats to fight back and DO SOMETHING but nancy already stand up and pointed her finger at trump in a meeting that one time so they ’ve exhausted all their options .

Biden saying he would never exploit the immunity opinion while the Republicans are somewhere itch their men together , thinking of all the fashion they can do on the nose that , is a thoroughgoing example of why the popular party in so ineffectual .
9.
Basically being give the power of a monarch and Biden simply say “ I dissent ” and “ vote harder ” is EXACTLY how I saw that going .

When one side declares warfare , the war has started . Your refusal to struggle back does n’t mean there ’s no state of war , it just means you ’re going to get fucking destroyed.https://t.co/POVVr7zGh3

Only a Democrat would give a speech where the primary statement is " I assure not to expend the expansive powers I ’ve been given , but my antagonist will "

The President rightly describes this as an historical , catastrophic decision that endangers our democracy . He took no questions . He promised no action .
