Nina Dobrevis fresh out of surgery and giving fans an update on her recovery after a bike accident led her to the hospital.
Two weeks ago, Nina shared with fans that a fun ride on a dirt bike eventually turned ugly, leaving her with a leg injury. In the post, Nina posted a picture of her on the bike and another photo of her on a gurney wearing a leg and neck brace. She captioned it, “How it started vs. how it’s going.”
She followed up that post with a more positive update earlier this month, revealing the faithful companions standing by her side during her healing journey — her boyfriend Shaun White, her dogs, and her crutches. Nina even coined a new photography term for social media: the leggie (a selfie, but of your leg).
Continuing to keep fans in the loop, Nina took to her Instagram story to let everyone know she was about to undergo surgery and that she was pretty “scared” about it.
