On June 18, Justin wasarrestedjust after midnight in the Hamptons and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI).
NBC Newsreported that police officer Michael Arkinson pulled over Justin for allegedly driving through a stop sign and failing to stay on the correct side of the road. The complaint stated it was “ascertained that the defendant was operating said vehicle in an intoxicated condition in that his eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot, and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests.”
Justin reportedly claimed he “had one martini, and [he] followed [his] friends home.”
