If it ’s going to make my life easier or happy , the cost probably wo n’t deter me …

Being a homeowner comes with a lot of responsibility, especially when it comes to money and how to spend it. But sometimes, those big purchases end up being extremely worth it. So, dear homeowners, what did you splurge on for your home that you have absolutely no regrets about buying?

Maybe you couldn’t resist the (extremely valid) desire to get a pool, so, despite whatever other people said, you splurged on the pool of your dreams. Now, whenever summer comes around, you don’t have to worry about how to cool down. Oh, and you get your exercise in by doing laps!

Maybe you’ve always been a host for parties and get-togethers, so you found investing in a pizza oven for the backyard completely worth it. Not only is it a great conversation starter, but you’ve saved money making delicious pizzas all year round instead of relying on takeout.

Maybe you were initially hesitant to buy that really beautiful (but costly) couch. But as the years passed, you realized it was one of the best purchases you’ve ever made due to the quality and unlimited comfiness and coziness.

Or perhaps you decided to ~treat yourself~ and splurged on some high-end bedsheets and blankets. You thought you weren’t going to feel much of a difference when, actually, it made ALL the difference. Now, you tend to buy pricier bed sets because your sleep has never been better.

Whatever the case, if you’re a homeowner and splurged on something you have zero regrets about, I want to know all about it. If you want a chance to be featured in an upcoming BuzzFeed Community post, comment below, or you can anonymously submit it using thisform!
