Justin Timberlakehas reportedly been arrested for driving while intoxicated on Monday night, according to multiple publications.

A spokesperson for Sag Harbor Police, a town in Long Island,New York, toldCNNthat Justin remains in police custody as of Tuesday morning.

A spokesperson for Sag Harbor Justice Court further toldCNNthat Justin will have a court appearance on the morning of June 18.

A source further toldPeoplethat the singer was pulled over after leaving a hotel dinner to drive to his friend’s house. “Nobody was hurt,” the source said. “He will be arraigned in about an hour.”

Justin is currently in the middle of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour. He is supposed to play in Chicago later this week.

UPDATE According to a complaint written by Sag Harbor Village police officer Michael Arkinson and obtained byNBC News, Justin was initially pulled over for allegedly driving through a stop sign and failing to stay on the correct side of the road. As per the complaint, it was then “ascertained that the defendant was operating said vehicle in an intoxicated condition in that his eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot, and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests.” Justin reportedly claimed that he “had one martini and [he] followed [his] friends home.”
