According to theHollywood Reporter, Gigi and her little sister are collectively donating $1 million “earmarked for equal distribution among four organizations with a focus on children and families:HEAL Palestine,Palestine Children’s Relief Fund(PCRF),World Central Kitchen(WCK), andUnited Nations Relief Works Agency(UNRWA).”#
The organizations are designed to support humanitarian aid, including psychological services, assistance for displaced families, and food and medical programs for Palestinians affected by the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas.#
The Hadid sisters' donation comes only days after Bella’s publicfashion statementduring her trip to theCannes Film Festival, where she wore a keffiyeh dress.#
In a May 29 Instagram post, Bellashared, “Palestine on my mind, in my blood and on my heart. Always… While I still have to go to work, even through this horror, to wear our culture makes me a proud Palestinian & I want the world to continue to see Palestine wherever we go.”#
