On Tuesday, Alec and Hilaria Baldwinannouncedthat they’re set to star in a new TLC reality show about their family.
The couple, whomarried in 2012, are parents to seven children. Alec is also the father of Ireland Baldwin, his daughter with Kim Basinger, his ex-wife.
Alec and Hilaria made the announcement inan Instagram video.The video featured the couple speaking directly to the camera, interspersed with clips of their life at home with their kids.
“This is about our show,” Hilaria said. Alec added, “We’re inviting you into our home to experience the ups and downs, the good [and] the bad, the wild [and] the crazy. Home is the place we love to be most.”
The show, with a working title ofThe Baldwins, is set to premiere in 2025. “Alec and Hilaria Baldwin have been making headlines since they were married nearly 12 years ago. In this TLC follow-doc series, Alec and Hilaria invite viewers into the home they share with their seven growing kids. For the first time, they’re opening up their family lives and bringing everyone in to join in the non-stop love, laughter and drama,” TLC said in a statement.
As theNew York Timesrecently reported, Alec is facing an involuntary manslaughter charge in New Mexico following the 2021 death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the filmRust.Last month, according to the Times, a judge denied the actor’s request to dismiss the charge, and the trial is scheduled to begin in July.The Associated Pressreported in January that Alec pled not guilty to the charge.
