Too good to be reliable .

I don’t think we give casting directors enough credit because sometimes they really knock it out of the ballpark.

Not only do they have to guarantee the actors have chemistry, but when they’re casting for a family, they also have the added pressure of finding people who slightly resemble each other.

Here are a few instances where series actors were cast perfectly in a fictional family.

2.Abbott Elementary’s Gregory Eddie (Tyler James Williams) and Martin Eddie (Orlando Jones)

3.Glee’s Rachel Berry (Lea Michele) and Shelby Corcoran (Idina Menzel)

4.The Master’s Val Dodd (Jesse Plemons) and Lancaster Dodd (Philip Seymore Hoffman)

5.The Last of Us’s Ellie (Bella Ramsey) and Anna (Ashley Johnson)

6.Modern Family’s Phil Dunphy (Ty Burrell) and Frank Dunphy (Fred Willard)

7.Atypical’s Izzie Taylor (Fivel Stewart) and Sasha Taylor (Lindsay Price)

8.Hairspray Live!’s Amber Von Tussle (Dove Cameron) and Velma Von Tussle (Kristin Chenoweth)

Sibling sorcery:
